Payment Policy

Rosh Tech is committed to providing flexible and secure payment options for our customers. The following payment methods are accepted for services and products supplied by Rosh Tech.

Rosh tech accepts the following forms of payments

  5. Rosh Tech accepts credit card payments up to a maximum cumulative value of $10,000 per customer per calendar month. Amounts exceeding this limit must be paid via EFT, direct debit, or bank transfer.

Credit Card Payments

Rosh Tech accepts credit card payments up to a maximum cumulative value of $10,000 per customer, per calendar month.

Amounts exceeding this limit must be paid via:

  • EFT
  • Direct Debit
  • Bank Transfer

Payment Terms

  • Invoices are payable in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice.
  • Managed Services clients may be billed on a recurring monthly basis in accordance with their service agreement.
  • Hardware, software licences, cloud services, and project work may require payment prior to procurement, delivery, or commencement of work.

Overdue Accounts

Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Delayed project work or service delivery
  • Withholding of software licence renewals or cloud services
  • Referral of overdue accounts to a debt recovery agency where applicable

Rosh Tech reserves the right to recover any reasonable costs incurred in collecting overdue accounts.

Direct Debit Arrangements

Customers using direct debit are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available at the time of processing. Failed or rejected transactions may incur additional administration or merchant processing fees where applicable.

Invoice Disputes

If you believe an invoice has been issued incorrectly, please contact our accounts team within seven (7) days of receiving the invoice. We will investigate and work with you to resolve any billing concerns promptly.
